Under her guidance, the meticulous and creative kitchen team produces a repertoire of delectables from exquisite hors d'oeuvres to luscious desserts.  Her committment to working with the client to create the event and menu they've dreamed of is unsurpassed.  Amy started Amy's Culinary Adventures 10 years ago, but has been cooking for over 35 years. She is a graduate of Westlake Culinary Institute(Savory) and The Academy of Culinary Education(Pastry). She is also an award winning chocolatier. 

DEE GAUBERT - Sales & Event Planning

Dee has been working as a professional event planner for more than nine years. She has vast experience in planning corporate and social events, including employee recognition events and executive meetings, in addition to weddings, bridal showers and parties. Dee has a passion for watching her creativity come to life and brings innovative ideas and exceptional organizational skills to make every event personal and unique.  She is creative, a problem solver and will do whatever it takes to make any event successful!

 

KATHLEEN CAMERON - Event Design & Buffet Captain

Kathleen has taken her passion and talent for design to a professional level and is now our own in house Event Stylist. As our in-house designer, Kathy specializes in making events beautiful. She executes the client’s desired theme and/or event style with above-and-beyond precision—no matter how much of a challenge. 

TAWANNA WELLS - Event Chef

No matter what your culinary desire, our team of chefs are willing to meet any challenge. Every type of traditional, innovative and ethnic cuisine is in our repertoire.

 

Tawanna has been with ACA for over 6 years and is a master of it all. From perfectly fried shrimp, to velvety pan seared salmon, and perfectly piped desserts, she will ensure that your event will run smoothly, on time and with delicious perfection! 

JUSTIN SADIKOFF - Event Chef

After graduating from the Cordon Bleu, Justin worked in several high profile restaurants and country clubs. But says he prefers the intensity, creativity of catering. 

CLAUDINE NSIELE- Banquet Captain

Claudine's bright, unflappable personality and attention to detail, along with over 15 years in the business, makes her perfect for this critical position on our team. She is in charge of our waitstaff at all of our events. She works with our wait staff to ensure that the tables are set exactly how you envisioned them for your big day. She is also the liaison to the wedding planner, and to the kitchen staff in the back, letting them know what food needs to be replenished, or what tables need to be served next, and to ensure that service goes off without a hitch. 

 

 

 

 

JOE DONOHOE & KASH KENNEDY

Head Bartenders

 

Both have more than 15 years of bartending and mixology experience both in restaurants and in private party, wedding and large corporate catering. They will gladly create custom cocktails tailored to your tastes and event. Their wit and charm create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages patrons to relax and unwind with a few cocktails and lively conversation. 

 

 

 

 

ANDREW SMITH- Director of Human Resources & Event Staffing
