Grilled foods taste different from foods cooked any either way. There's just something about open flame -- and we love it! Our "Grills Gone Wild" underground dinner celebrated this method of food preparation, with at least one ingredient in every course grilled.

Among our dinner guests' favorites: Grilled Portobello Mushroom "Fries" with Garlic Aioli -- mushrooms cut into lengths like French fried potatoes!
