To top ourselves after so many bacon underground dinner parties, well, first we had to have some spectacular ideas for the food! We started with Beer-Battered Fried Bacon "Fries" with Bacon Aioli for dipping (we dare you say that three times fast!) -- and then we just rolled with it!
Ivan Arnold and Amy Lee of metro37 in Los Angeles provided us with a magnificent space, Jonathan Fong designed playful floral decor that made all our guests feel "Footloose," and everyone had a bacon-tastic blast!
