Last things first -- dessert! Candied Bacon, Nutella and Banana Crepes with Knob Creek Bourbon bacon butterscotch sauce, topped with a maple macaron with maple bacon buttercream! Knob Creek loved this party catering recipe so much, they published it!

You need a great idea for a great dinner party. Catering has taught us that bacon is one of the best ideas ever. We hosted "Bacon a Go-Go" on a high floor in a building in Hollywood. Our menu had to match that spectacular view. We got things rolling, ha ha, with Bacon Mac & Cheese Spring Rolls with a four-cheese dipping sauce, along with Sweet Potato, Bacon, and Caramelized Onion Fritters with garlic aioli dipping sauce.
