Grilled foods taste different from foods cooked any either way. There's just something about open flame -- and we love it! Our "Grills Gone Wild" underground dinner celebrated this method of food preparation, with at least one ingredient in every course grilled.

Among our dinner guests' favorites: Grilled Portobello Mushroom "Fries" with Garlic Aioli -- mushrooms cut into lengths like French fried potatoes! Also our Grilled Orange Tomato Gazpacho with Grilled Red Pepper Swirl and Grilled Cheese Croutons! Click the icon on the left to see a much larger menu from that evening -- it was a grilled delight!
