So cool to see everything come full circle! The demo was at Chef Cecilia De Castro school (she owns and runs ACE,.where I went to culinary School and pastry school,) and Tad Weyland, who we've been cooking together for more than 20 years, before we left our entertainment jobs, and he now works with Chef Jet all the time.
