PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY STAFF
No matter the occasion, our staff is ready to help. We want you to focus on just being the host, let us obsess over the details! We have professional, courteous, helpful and friendly event managers, banquet captains, waitstaff and certified bartenders that are experienced in orchestrating your event with their strong food knowledge, attention to detail and eye for aesthetics. The key to a smoothly run event is having enough staff to take care of all the details and all the guests.
Let us customize a look to "suit" your event! Attire is determined by the occasion: typically a sleek black button up with black trousers, traditional black and white, or a more casual look with black t-shirt and pants.
EVENT COORDINATION & DESIGN
Every event has hundreds of little details. Trying to manage all of them yourself, on top of all the stress of getting married, or hosting a large event, can be totally overwhelming and ruin your big day. EVENT RENTALS
Whether you need comprehensive rentals for an 5 course wedding for 300 guests in a field, including full kitchen setup, or an intimate dinner party in your home, we have great relationships with the city’s top rental companies and we know where to go to source both basic and more specialty items. Ordering rental equipment is an art in itself, and having the right number of each item (and knowing how to store it in a small space) can ensure a seamless event. It isn’t often you get to be a guest in your own house, leave all the worries to us and enjoy your event! Many people don't realize that it is less expensive to rent nice china plates than to buy high end disposables! We will take care of everything for you, including coordinating the delivery and pickup.
FLOWERS
Blossoms and herbs have the ability of transforming the look and feel of an event or venue. We work with some of the finest floral designers and private florists in the area, and will be happy to suggest the florist that works well for you, your theme, and budget. Our appetizer trays always have small vases of flowers on them and we are happy to match the florals for the rest of your event.
VENUES
We can help you locate the perfect location and do everything necessary to create a unique event. Whether entertaining 25 friends for a special occasion, 500 for a movie premiere, planning a wedding or a full day meeting, we will listen to your needs, assess the challenges and lead you through every step to assure a wonderful experience.
