Where to begin with chocolate in a multi-course underground dinner? At the beginning, of course, with a cocktail, a custom "Snickertini" of vodka, Godiva liquor, Bailey’s Caramel, amaretto, Ghirardelli chocolate sauce! The glass is rimmed with caramel sauce and then dipped in crushed Oreos -- the Devil is definitely in these details!

Because it's chocolate, you're already thinking about dessert: (above) White Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Chocolate Crunch Pie! And that's just the first course of four dessert courses!
